Drama Therapy

If you are an "actor" of sorts, drama therapy may just be the best kind of therapy for you! In drama therapy we often will "act out" troubling scenarios in order to help the client to process the negative emotions that are causing them stress.  Sometimes yelling and screaming at someone with whom you are very upset with (in a safe environment) can really help to release the negative toxins in your body, mind and soul.  Laurie is a trained Drama Teacher and often utilizes dramatic arts in her counselling sessions.
